At the beginning of the month, I made a few goals. Here's how I'm doing:
Running: I need to be running 5 miles at the end of June. Preferably at a 12-13 mm: I'm running 3 miles consistently, 4 on weekends. I'm sure I'll do a 5-mile run by the end of the month :)
ST: consistently ST 3/x week: I changed this to 2 days a week and have been good about that.
Weight: lose at least 1 pound per week (to help me reach a goal of under 200 by end of July): I'm still struggling. My clothes do fit a lot better, but I can't stop eating!!!
All in all, I feel okay about how I'm doing. I'm going to focus on these goals to finish off the month strong.
