Well I made it through the first day! Woo Hoo! I admit it was challenging at times. I did have a little bit of hunger when it got close to snack or meal time, but I just drank some more water to get through it. As soon as I got hungry, I started to distract myself by doing some crochet or cleaning. It's true what they say that those moments of hunger pass after about 15 minutes.
Also, I realized how often you just go and grab a piece of food and just stick it in your mouth for no other reason than that it is food and should be eaten. I wasn't even hungry! I didn't do it by the way. I caught myself every time.
So, we'll see how today goes.
