MONDAY 06/21/10

Did not have a lot of computer time today to get points, etc. Out most of the day. Will be leaving in the morning and won’t be back till Sat or Sun.

Have a great week. I’m going to weigh in the AM and again the morning after I get home, just to see how I do on my trip. I am going for a stay the same or loss. I’ll be eating out more than normal, most likely, but will also try to do a lot of cooking at my sis-in-laws house.

Taking laptop and hope to be able to find a wifi area again. Sometimes I just can’t get on. Will keep in touch the best I can, just won’t be getting the spark points as much.

Will take my 3# weights so I can do those & keep up and will walk her neighborhood. It’s a mobile home park so it’s a safe place to walk.

Walked 2.98 miles today.
