So ok I reset my trackers and my goals.
Today I did my "therapy" for my foot for 25 minutes and did cardio for 25 minutes.. drank my water and tracked my food.
Woohoo! One day down...one hundred and OH OOPS three hundred and sixty four to go..
In one year I want to be thinner and healthier. Today starts a new Spark Journey. Im looking forward and NOT back. Im moving forward and NOT back. I am on Stage 1 week 2 in the Spark program.
