So I have definitely sabotaged myself some over the last couple of weeks. This has added to my craving all kinds of things I haven't eaten in weeks. I know it is all stress related, with the end of the school year looming and all. I have not been eating too well. I am moving more though. That is one of the perks of summer vacation. And I am determined to get back on track and finish the last 4 weeks of my weight management class strong and healthier.

    It's normal to go through these slips at times, especially when you are feeling the stress. What makes me PROUD of you, is after I browsed through your spark page ..... you LOST over 20 pounds!! Did you pat yourself on the back yet? No? Well, I AM!! Also, what inspires me about you is being a Spec Ed Resource teacher. Being a parent of two teenaged special need's children, I know without teachers such as you, my children would not have achieved as much as they have. It takes a SPECIAL person to teach our children by utilizing your patience, compassion and unconditional love from the variety of special needs each individual has. I would like to thank you personally for being an inspiration to us all. Sending lots of moral support, gratitude & I AM SO PROUD OF YOU hugs!! YOU ROCK!! Right by your side ..... never alone in this journey of healthy living.

    I too have fallen and I'm not sure if I can get up but I sure have to try. It has been a month of running and not doing as I should. Together we can do it! emoticon

    I think it is the time of year. I've had a falling out too and it realy is not like me to give in so easily.

    I know that life can take its toll on our gameplan.
Ever since vacation...I have been missing something....I have gained a few pounds..and just can not get them off...no matter how much I exercise...and how "GOOD" i eat.
Good luck to you...I am ready to kick some booty!!!

    I have also slipped a bit lately and have relized if I just don't eat the junk food and get the sugar, fat, etc. out of my system then I don't crave it at all....but once I start on it, I constantly crave the bad stuff. Moderation of junk is almost impossible for me so I prefer to just not keep it in my casa. Best to you on your move and getting back on track.
