Spark 28 day program Day 2

Today is day 2 and I stayed up kind of late last night trying to get my plan in action. So far so good I actually got up and went to the gym this morning didn't make it to aqua fit but I did swim and walk the pool for a little over 30 minutes. I need to go grocery shopping tomorrow after I leave the gym so I can get healthy alternatives in this house my kitchen is a trap.

Step 1
Fast Break Goals:
1. No soda
2. Exercise at least 10 minutes a day aiming for 45-60 minutes
3. Write in journal emoticon

Step 2
Plan My Spark Time:
1. Plan and Review: 1st thing in the morning emoticon
2. Read and Reflect: After AM workout emoticon
3. Exercise: Before work emoticon

Step 3:
Short Term Action Steps: G.O.M.A.A.M. at least 45min/day emoticon
Medium Term milestones: To lose 20lbs
Long Term Goals:
1. To lose 80lbs
2. To become fit and active and stay that way

Step 3 (Con’t)
Vision Collage: Hang up Vision Board

Step 4: Set Up Shop
1. Take a “Before” Photo
2. Restock my kitchen
3. Take healthy snacks to work
4. Keep healthy snacks at home
5. Pack a gym bag to keep in the car emoticon

Step 5: Choose your rewards
1. Reward for completing all of my fast break goals at least 5 of 7 days- Pedicure
2. Reward for finishing the 28 day program- Spa Day

Step 6: Learn What I Eat
1. Track what I eat
a. How much I eat
b. When and Where I Eat
c. Mood when eating
d. Food Triggers
