It's the first thing I do in the morning before I get ready for the rest of the day. I weigh myself every morning without fail. And the worst part about it is that I base my self worth on whatever number pops on the scale. However, I do remember the fact that the number will fluctuate from day to day. But when I don't see the positive results I want immediate, I have a hate fest with myself. I'm interested to see if anyone else has a weighing obsession. Please do comment if you've have/had a similar experience.
