Stepped on the scales this morning after a month of cruising, my son and new daughter-in-laws wedding and a week staying with my grandaughter and have had a 6 and a half pound loss over it all. What a happy surprise especially coming so close to my goal! I practiced moderation in eating but kept up the exercise and it really worked for me. It proves to me I can lead a "normal" life because I did have a few treats along the way and still had success. Changing my thought focus from being thin to being fit and healthy has really been instrumental in my success.
