I went hiking on Saturday with my best friend and for once, I was ahead of her on the track. I had so much stamina and energy I even suggested we go down the hill and back up again! We didn't though because the sun had come up and it was getting hot.

I was wearing the same cargo pants I wore when I went jungle trekking in March but hmm? It felt really loose! The pants I am wearing in the picture used to fit snugly (about 3 months ago) with my tummy slightly hanging over the waist line. Now I can see my tummy muscles! Yeaah!(excuse the appendectomy scar and underpants showing)
Yess! That flab that was once on my belly is no more! I am back to my old flat tummy... (Thank you, strength training!)
My arms are looking leaner and thinner too, and I must say I look much healthier too. My bf commented on how I look much younger than I did back when we first met.
I think it has been 4-5 years since I've ever been at my current weight.
I'm almost halfway to my goal weight... I think I wouldn't mind staying at my current weight now. SP has taught me a lot these past 3 months, on how staying healthy is better than merely losing weight. I have to thank my Sparkfriends for all the support and advice. I'm going to keep on living healthy and no one's going to call me fat anymore!
