I think I have now consistently managed to gain every week for a whole month, really not good!
So this week its time to cut the crap !
NO excuses for not journalling everything, licks slurps ad bites included.
I will exercise this week even if it is only 50 sit ups a day and worry about adding some cardio next week.
No Chocolate this week ! I have this newly formed bad habit of eating some almost everyday day so i need to break the habit!
Then hopefully the numbers on the scale will start their decent !
