Leaving For Tennessee!!

I have not been on Spark People for the last week due to being very ill with another acute bronchial infection!! The only good part of that illness was I lost another 2 pounds! I have missed everyone and Spark very much!! I even dreamed I was online Sparking!! So I guess I was Sparking after all!! Hahahaha!! I am much better today and so I found my way to the computer as soon as I got out of church!!

I will be Sparking off and on this week, but by the end of the week I am leaving for Tennessee to visit family!! I will probably be there until the fall and will not be here to visit with my friends. I will not be able to complete my goals at this time but I am not giving up. I don't know how my sister can get along with not having her computer connected to the net. I will have to see if I can work something out with her, maybe!! If not, I will have The Spark as my guide and friend while there. Everyone has been so supportive to me and gave me the need" umph" when I needed it. I may be able to get online at the library once per week to just check in. The other thing is their Curves program has shut down and the closest one is about 20 miles away. I will also be losing that support as well as the exercise. I am determined to stay positive and continue on with my goals. I just won't be able to work on my team goals I have taken on!! Does anyone have any ideas how I can continue to do those? I can continue to walk since I will be staying in the country and the lane to my sisters house is about two miles. If I can do that daily that will give me 4 miles per day!! Exercise will be from the Spark book and I will read it daily for added support!! I do not want to put back on any of the weight I have taken off and I know it will be harder there for me. Unless, maybe, I can get my sister on the program! Any ideas are greatly accepted here.

Thanks again for everything and I will be checking in on everyone as soon as I can. "Remember to keep on Sparking for me!!" We can all do it!!!

    Hello Sue! How are you doing? Your Curves shut down? What a shame.I know you will do well away from here,you can just keep it all in a journal and record it to your Spark page when you can. emoticon I know you can,you have been here a long while and you can just do what you already have been doing all along,just an improvised version.I am so emoticon you had to loose weight that way,but emoticon to you.I am so happy you are healing and better,I was so worried. I think planning now before you go will help you to stay on track and if you can enlist a suport system with whom you will be staying with and if they eat healthy like you have learned on SP then I think you will do emoticon as you always have and I think you always will.I hope you have a pleasant time while you are away.I will miss you and I will be thinking about you and looking forward to your being back.     Sorry you were ill. Congrats on losing 2 lbs. Have a great vacation in Tenn. I agree with others. Walk daily and do Spark book exercises while watching what you eat. Don't know how anyone can live without an computer/internet. I used library computers when I stay with someone that does not have a computer. Have a wonderful summer. emoticon I know you can stick to your diet/exercise program and continue losing weight. emoticon

    I 'm so glad you are feeling better. Congrats on your two pounds lost although that is a hard way to do it. Praying that you will continue to improve and stay well.
Sure hope you are able to work something out. Just eat as healthy as you can and walk every chance you get. Glad you have your spark book to take with you. ENJOY the time you get to spend with your family and make some great memories. Hope you are able to jump on occasionally to say hi and let us know how you are doing!!!
