FRIDAY 06/18/10

Walked 2.63 miles early AM

Went out for Lunch & Dinner… Not something I do all the time and after last night, was not a good choice today. I went by myself, it’s not like I had to go. It’s all about choices. Mine could have been a LOT better.


So, I’m off to bed. Will be up early to walk in the AM.

    Time to re-commit 120%, my friend. Weren't you going to reach your goal this year?
Remember , exercise is good for you, but without good eating it won't get you where you want to go.

    I did about the same today, had chinese food, loaded with calories. We will walk, walk walk off all that extra we just did. ARE YOU WALKING WITH ME TOMAR?????

    I hope you enjoy your morning walk tomorrow. Let's both make good choices tomorrow!! I will be travelling and then attending a baby shower, so it should be an interesting day... hmmm. Hmmm! I guess I will take it as a personal challenge to eat healthfully!
