Nutrition and portion sizes are important to healthy living and losing weight, I think everyone was taught that at some point. I know the first I was taught about it was in 1st grade a loong time ago. I didn't practice it well, but I was still taught about how its important.
Issue is, for me at least, is that I don't know how big portions should be anymore since I've definitely grown since first grade. I understand watching your calories is important, but what is the proper serving size of things without a label? What makes up a portion?
I have no idea where to start finding this stuff either...
