Long time no post...been keeping on my program more or less but have slowly slipped up. Haven't gained too much but more than I wanted to. Still dancing 2 or 3 times a week so I'm in pretty good shape. Now to get back on track. I am still 15 kilos down from my starting weight 3 years ago. But 10 kilos over my lowest.
Still, keeping my weight in an acceptable range for 3 years is an accomplishment.
Added coconut oil again, I found that it really helped with cravings. Staying away from binge triggers like bread and white carbs.
Adding more water with lemon
Doing more ab targeting exercises every night if I can.
I want to go into my 50's IN STYLE....it is worth the effort.
