3 Pounds!

I'm so excited that I lost three pounds this week, but then again I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping it would be a little bit more than that, but I'm just happy I didn't gain or stay the same. I'm working twice as hard this week, walking about a mile and sometimes 2 miles a day, eating nothing but healthy things. I even went to Starbucks and resisted getting a Frappachino, which is a BIG accomplishment lol. I discovered their teas, which are about 160 calories for a Grande, and they're soo good! Now I'm hooked on those lol. I'm happy about another thing as well... I'm actually feeling tired at night, and sleeping at a decent hour, and falling asleep faster than usual. It has to be the exercise. I'm just relieved that I've finally found something that helps me with my insomnia. Life is just feeling so much better lately, and I'm excited for every day. =)

    Congratulations!! I lost 3 lbs this week too. Let me tell you that the sleeping early thing really works in this weight loss journey. I went to sleep early 3 times last week! I'm usually an insomniac. Sleeping good hours + 3 days of fun in the pool (and some actual swimming) + 1 day of P90X = 3.8lbs of weight loss for me!!!

I'm so excited about this that I'm actually looking forward to going to sleep at a reasonable hour because at night is when I'm usually catching up on my DVRed shows, but now i'm more excited about going to sleep so I can reap the benefits of a good night's sleep on the scale next week =D

You're doing awesome!! Keep up the amazing work! We will win this battle and we will be victorious!!!!
