I've been doing those 10 min workout videos for a change in routine.
They are serious.
I'm used to walking because I have some other issues going on that limit what I can do. But you can work at your own level. Of course I want to push myself and do exactly what Coach Nicole does, but right now that's not realistic. I do three of them to get in 30 mins.
One thing is for sure, I feel more energized when I do them. if I keep it up, I know I will get there.
