Those 10 min. workout videos

I've been doing those 10 min workout videos for a change in routine.

They are serious.

I'm used to walking because I have some other issues going on that limit what I can do. But you can work at your own level. Of course I want to push myself and do exactly what Coach Nicole does, but right now that's not realistic. I do three of them to get in 30 mins.

One thing is for sure, I feel more energized when I do them. if I keep it up, I know I will get there.

    I have to admit I didn't think I would enjoy the videos as much as i do because I'm used to the jumping around and sweating type with background music.

The leg rotations are hard going. emoticon emoticon
