    First off, welcome to Spark! :) You've started a wonderful journey, and this place and the people here make it much easier and more fun than doing it alone.

Good job with the video. Honest and to the point. I do water aerobics twice a week! It's fun, no? :)

p.p.s. You can log your water aerobics minutes/calories under the fitness tracker - in Cardiovascular in the Add Cardio button. I think Water aerobics is in Other exercises when you click the button. :)

    VB you are awesome! HANG IN THERE NO MATTER WHAT!! I use every inch of this website. I track and record everything I eat. You will do well. If you're lacking motivation sometimes, look at member blogs and success stories. You are motivating me right now! emoticon
