Walked 1.25 miles early AM
Did strength training as follows for about 40 minutes:
10 Biceps curls with band
10 Dumbbell Shrugs
10 Lateral Dumbell Raises
10 Hip flexors
10 Lying Dumbbell triceps extensions
10 Lying single leg raises
20 Close-arm wall pushups
10 Dumbbell chest press
10 Dumbbell Flys
10 Hip flexors & extension
10 Airplane Poses on each leg
10 Seated Dumbell Triceps Extensions
20 Alternating Dumbbell Biceps Curls
Stretch after strength training
I was really pumped up~
Drove a lady to doctors.
