I have done quite well again.
Breakfast non fat yoghurt and turkey
Lunch two portions of seabass seasoned with lemon juice and cottage cheese
Dinner Dukan oatbran galette (which I burnt!) and chicken escalope (with breadcrumbs removed).
I did have a ginger cookie and handful of minstrels - so need to get rid of the bad food!! It was nice though!!
Still feeling quite full!
My younger son has to go to school dressed all in green tomorrow for an eco day - well this morning I was convinced it was Thursday and got him ready. Just as we were going through the door I realised I had got the days mixed up and got him changed back to his school uniform!! Good job too! Talk about absent minded!!
