I mean it. My weight will go up or down a single pound, but on the whole, it's stayed at 109 lbs. I'm trying so hard to get to 105 lbs. As the cliche says, I'm "so close, yet so far away"! I do weigh in tomorrow, but I have a feeling that I'm up in weight this week... not good at all. It's my TOM, so it's to be expected, but still. I just know that I will be thoroughly distraught when I see the number. I should weigh more often. I used to weigh several times a day...
I need to count calories again. I said that in my last blog about a month and a half ago, and it still needs to get done. I'm so darned lazy. It's just that someone just asked me (on another site) what I'm eating during the day, and I don't know that I'm getting all of my nutrients in. I just started taking a multivitamin, and my neurologist suggested that I take caltrate. He said that people who take the seizure medication that I am on have trouble absorbing calcium from foods, I think. I haven't done that too consistently either:( What a pain in the butt I am!:(
So anyway, I need some advice on how to lose these last few pounds! It would be so nice.
