So here are my goals for June and how I am doing so far. A bunch are repitious because that is what I need right now but some are new and different.
1. Get 8 hours of sleep (Go to bed at 11:00 by the latest) daily. So far aso good
2. Drink 64 oz of water a day. I'm a koi!
3. Eat at least one piece of fresh fruit a day: its the season of yummy peaches!
4. Hit 1150 fitness minutes trying have 336 and hopefully today add more
5. Eat a healthy Breakfast every morning. yup
6. Do not eat fast food or candy no fast food some candy
7. Weight myself once a week on Saturdays. yup
8. Keep my room clean and organized trying
9. Eat only till I am hungry. doing better
10. Watch portion control. working on it
11. Donít eat just because I am sad, mad, or upset. not bad
12. Move around more during the day, at work. yup
13. Try new exercises eh...
14. Eat one yogurt a day. most days
15. Allow myself one time to cheat or snack. yup saturdays cheat day
16. Take it one day at a time. yup
17. Put $80 into savings each month halfway there
18. Take my measurements once a week. every friday
19. Eat more greens. yummy!!
20. Cut back on alcohol intake ehh not so good this month...
21. Lose 30lbs by Sept 1
22. Exercise daily
24. Go to Gym 3 Days a week or more
25. ST at home 3 days a week
