I have hit all my nutrition goals this week. Partly because I gave up my glass of wine with dinner, also I have been tracking closely and making good choices.
I have also walked everyday. 30 minutes Monday night and 60 minutes last night. The dogs are my motivation. If I sit on the couch they stare at me until I say let's go for a walk. Then they are all happy and ready to go.
