So I thought a blog might help me to regain my focus as I've been hanging around in the 160's since I think March almost 4 months !! Ok so now I've written it, it
actuallys sounds worse than I thought. As I'm not even in the low 160 ... in fact 169 only just in the 160's
March 1st weight 171.5 lbs
April 1 st 166.0 lbs
May 1 st 164.8 lbs
June 1st 168.8 lbs
So something isn't going right (ok the fat I know it's still there I see it !).
I reallyneed to give myself a good talking too and start fixing the basics my can't I be bothered to journal my am eating chocolate everyday, whats with the cheese, why am i not making lunch, why can't I get my self to workout.
I'm being lazy I know the fat doesn't just disappear overnight and I do want it to go I do want to get to my target. But hoping and wishing is going to get me there it's time to make a plan !
July 1st weight will be 165 lbs !!
August 1st weight will be 159.9 lbs !!
