8 Week Battle #9 Goals

emoticonI am slow to blog - I always read such amazing blogs and find such inspiration in them - mine by comparison seem sort of "eeehhhh" but, I challenged others on the team to post their goals for this battle and I promised that I would do the same! emoticon

•Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes 5 days per week emoticon
•Drink at least 10 – 8 ounce glasses of water daily emoticon
•Stay within calorie and nutrient goals daily emoticon
•Continue to work toward running a 5K – currently on Week 4 emoticon
oAfter warm up – run 4 minutes, walk 1 X 4 intervals
oNext week – run 5-20 minutes
•Target to lose 1 pound per week and reach 138 or less by the end of the battle emoticon
•Ride my bike at least one day per week for at least 30 minutes

•Attend Boot Camp twice a week emoticon
•Take a Bikram Yoga class during this 8 Week Battle – something new and challenging emoticon
•Spend 15 minutes per day doing some cleaning and organizing in my apartment
•Spend a minimum of 3 hours weekly submitting job applications for a minimum of 5 applications submitted as required by my unemployment office
•Track these goals weekly via blog to let my teammates know where I am
•Be willing to admit when I need help and ask

    I think your blog entry was great. Sometimes, I get good goal ideas from others and I like what you have here.

I recently began blogging - I started just wanting the 3 points, but I love the feedback and great ideas other people give me. If nothing else, maybe a different perspective on what I'm struggling with. I highly recommend it!
