Aerobic Wornout

Tuesdays I would normally have headed to Rec League Derby Pratice. As a matter of fact I should be there now. But after my aerobics class I was so worn out that I fell aslepp i had fought it for hours, but finally had to succum to it. Then i slept past the time I would've needed to leave to get to Derby on time.

I'm upset about missing Derby, but aerobics really kicks my butt and my legs are just worn out! IDK if I could even make it through the Derby workout, but I would've like to have tried. Better something than nothing. And that's why I did some calesthenics (However you spell it) working on my upper body.

So To make up for the not going to class today I am planning on giong skating Friday and Saturday if at all possible!

    I try to stagger the days I do other major workouts on days that I don't have Derby practice. It stinks you missed a practice, but you don't want to over do it.
    Kudos for getting out there and doing not one activity, but several!
