Push ups? Tough today! Thought it came easy yesterday doing 100 for the first time in 60 days and struggled to do 20 today!!! (stiff)
I know that this will take time to get back and I need also to target different areas of my body daily to give recovery time to a particular area of it.
One thing I do know is that fitness returns relatively quickly and I should soon be getting back to my goal of trying to run my first Marathon. Today was easier jogging and although only a increase of 3 minutes to 55, is a positive step to "re"increasing my efforts.
Positivity is the answer to all of this and a good dollop of time will get the end result!
