In TOPS when we are "in the black" it means we have lost or stayed the same weight at our weigh-ins. This is my goal for the month of June (and July, August, September, October, November & December). Tracking my nutrition and exercise motivate me to keep going. It feels good to be in control. It's freedom. I'm free to eat what I want within my plan (calorie & nutrition range). It feels good to see my energy increase with my regular exercise. I plan to add strength training this week. I WILL take off pounds sensibly.
