I've been doing zumba. I've also been going to the gym when there is no zumba. I have a great partner to work out with. I think that is key! We've been working together on it. I have been encouraged to give up soda and eat more fruit and veggies. My goal is to be in the 130's within the next 2 weeks. =) That will be exciting for me! I can't wait. I am just so thankful for my workout partner. She is my rock in all this. When everyone else tempts me to eat candy and go get ice cream (thank you husband) she says NO! hahaha. I think I've finally hit my stride with this.
