This week I actually measured myself this week and I have lost two pounds and various inches all over! :) We had a wedding yesterday so I splurged a bit there but other then that I have been eating right and consistently exercising. I had to change up the routine this week (because of time constraint) and it wasn't really as demanding as it has been, so I will be back to the grind on Monday! I feel like I really haven't pushed myself to where I need to. My next run is twenty minutes straight (ouch!) but hopefully I will make it just fine. I want to run outside so I can't worry about my speed , but concentrate on endurance. This will be my longest run yet! My last run was two 8 minute intervals with 5 minutes rest time in between. My first interval was pretty easy but my last minute or two of my last interval was...well..hell! lol I made it but I can feel that I reached a max, and pushed myself beyond it. So I know I am becoming a stronger runner. Well I just wanted to update everyone. I hope all is well. Wish my luck on my next run (AHHH!!) :)
