did some backsliding

Oh my didn't do well since I posted last just getting back to doing what needs to be done. Been walking and getting mostly 10,000 steps a day for the last 2 months. Now to step it up a notch,, signed up for a zumba class. Don't know how many know of it.. consists of some moves to music and they do work your body I was sore the next day. It was fun dance moves to music and the time went by fast.
Today did some walking and jogging on the treadmill.. mostly walking and then a minute or 3 of jogging and back to 4-5 min walk kept this up and got in 25 min. Feels good to get this done early going to get some more walking later.
Want to get back in the groove and post my workouts and food choices to help me focus and see where or what I need to do eat differently and workout more.
