Day SEVEN of My 30 Day Shred

So it's been 3 days since my last workout. I keep falling off track!!! But anyways.............I shredded today and my calves were so sore the whole time! I dont know if its because I had been working them out everyday then took kind of a long break? Anyways not much to say except I WILL be back tomorrow.
