Being a member of SP is really making a difference to my behaviour. I am starting to deal with negative emotions more when they appear and either acknowledge them and do something to change them such as journalling how I am feeling, talking to my husband or looking for posts from others to get inspiration. In the past I would have just headed straight for the food or wine to suppress these feelings rather than dealing with them.
I have also realised that I was not making time to exercise, so last week I started a regular Yoga class and also signed up for a 10 week pilates course. This week I am going to add zumba and schedule this as an appointment in my calendar.
I'm feeling positive about the changes
