I haven't managed to get off the couch to go running this week (catching up from jetlag)- not that I haven't excercised. I do an hour in the Gym everyday but with a 10K in July a little concerned about my progress.
I've got to the stage where if I don't excercise or don't do an hour a day I feel like a slacker - know part of this is because I'm type A but at the end of the day excercise lets me deal with my stress.
On the calorie front I'm almost always under on weekdays - I'm forcing myself to eat more to make my calories up and then on the weekend I eat more than I should.... frustrating.
