I do hope you feel better. How was your warm bath? Did it do you any good? How are you doing with your fitness? Sometimes when I exercise, I feel energized. Why don't you try some cardio? You'll be killing two birds with one stone - so to speak. You'll releave some stress and boost your metabolism at the same time.
A long soak in the bath, curling up with a good book and just shutting out the world is always a good way to get recharged. You'll have a better outlook tomorrow. Maybe you just needed some 'me' time. Hope you're doing better!
