    Wow. Laurie you are so brave... I have been doing the same thing when I get stressed. It's really hard to handle everything.. I am terrified that I will eat everything in sight.. I know exactly what you are feeling... I didn't have a cheat meal a couple of weeks ago because of the same thing.. I was scared that if I varied from the plan, I wouldnt go back..Even now I find myself sticking to phase 1 mostly with an occasional fruit or veggie from phase 2... And I think it all boils down to being afraid. I am really glad you felt like you could share this with us, You are helping/inspiring me more than you know. :) Hope this week is much better than last week..

    I had the same kind of week! Only I had 2 binge days..so I starved myself 2 days..Not Good! I think Mine was hormonal...Because All I wanted was caffine and chocolate. I didn't get my exercise in this week either..I think at that point I kind of gave up! But I will climb back on the horse tomorrow! emoticon
