    wow! losing 60 lbs is nothing to sneeze at. It took I am sure a lot of work. I beleive that we have to always take a step at a time. And it's ok to mess up because we are only human. Not giving up helps - keep jumping back on that wagon no matter how many times we fall off. I have made lifestyle changes just by thinkng first, and its how I respond afterwards that alters my day. Best wishes on your and mind journey. I have lost ahout 40lbs. just before joining Sparks. kept it off except for about 6 lbs. Now with sparks my short term goal is lose 20-25 lbs. by end of July. I would love it if I could get it done by my July 16th birthday. And then on to my next small goal to reach another 20-25 lbs by Sept. 1st 2010. I am buying a hula hoop to help to make workouts more fun. Perhaps we can go it togetherto reach our goals.

    Great job - congrats to you snd your family on your diet/exercise goal reaching regiment. I am new and have'tt learned all of sparks features yet. But i just love SparklePeople website.
