So, I am done beating myself up!
I have lost 25 lbs since February, and when I didn't get my "log-in" points yesterday (since I was literally away from my house from 5:30 am - after midnight) I was a little bummed... :( In fact I broke an over 100 day streak which I was kind of ticked about.
What made me realize that I need to start beating myself up is that I have still lost 2 pounds more this week. I have still changed my eating habits, I have still become MUCH more active, and I am LESS than 10 pounds away from my goal weight.
So, I've made the decision to allow myself not to log in once and a while. I understand how to watch/monitor my calories, but if I do not log my food I still know how to be responsible. I also know that I should be staying active every day (and that includes going to the gym 3-5 days a week.)
As long as I stay on this path-- an occasional missed log-in or other fumbles are not going to set back all the progress I have made! Go me!!!
