Weight Loss Rambling (vlog) 06-11-2011

Friday, June 11, 2010

A very random video. I created it for YouTube but figured I'd share it here too.

I don't know why my video is "double squished" LOL

Oh, and disregard the whole comment at the end about my comments on intrinsic motivation - I had talked about it, but cut it out for a later conversation (the video was too long LOL)

WOW 10 sizes! That is fantastic! You ARE getting that healthier body you wanted w/the added weight loss. It is nice hearing other people's thoughts...the things you don't always share coming from someone else. Thanks for sharing!

Great Vlog--really enjoyed 'meeting' you (or at least the video persona) and hearing your thoughts and reflections at the half-way point.
