Haven't written in a while. I now weigh 165. I'm at a plateau and I was bummed about it, but I read an excellent article that put a positive spin on plateaus. Here's a link to the article:

So what I'm doing right now, is working on tightening up, toning, and building more muscle strength. I've increased my calories to 1650 a day and I'm not scared. When I first increased I was freaked out. I went from 1200 to 1450, and then I went up to 1600. It took a lot of adjusting but I've gotten the hang of it. When I was at 1200 calories I was extremely strict and concious about what I was eating so that I wouldn't go over my 1200 cal limit. When I increased to 1450, i was okay but not really. then I went up to 1600 and I started over-eating. I hadn't adjusted to eating that many calories. But now I am and I find that I don't have to add up my calories as much. Now I can look at my foods and know what I can and can't eat without having to add the calories up. When I was at 1200 it was different. I was so scared of going over 1200. Either way I'm at a comfortable 1600-1650, and I've been working out really hard. I'm noticing a major change in my body. i've lost 3 more lbs but I've noticed that I've definitely tightened up. My clothes fit differently, there's more space in my jeans. My belly doesn't stick out as mch. I'm very happy with where I'm at.! Yo should definitely check out that article i posted. It's an easy read and it helped put thigns in a different perspective. It's very motivating and it helped me not to be disappointed in myself.
