So, I have alot of support for my weight loss journey at my office but recently it has taken off to a new level. We all have been bringing only healthy food and eating alot of salads and nutritious meals together. Recently one of the girls said that we should add an exercise at lunch, so I use my Quickfire Challenge each day as our challenge. Yesterday, we did jumping jacks. Today, we did side crunches. 100 of each and all of us have been doing them and rooting the others on. It is remarkable how easy they are to accomplish when the whole group (okay there are only 3 of us!) are on board. It has been an additional push that I needed and have enjoyed!
