Ok dinner is tracked. A hair under 2000 calories which was my goal today. I eat too little sometimes and I wanted to spike my metabolism since I've been a sitting duck. Unfortunately I went with coworkers to play pool and ate a few nachos and 5 chicken wings. So that's dinner. And its killing me.... ugh cheese and fried!
But the rest of the way good. TONS of water and food today. Can't believe how much I had to eat! 2178 days ago
