way to go..that was so awesome... i want a juicer... you are right about the additives and that is great for your gardens...i would actually bury it next to your veggies for the summer but that is old school.....it is amazing how fast the worms and dirt will suck it away...do an experiment if you want...cheers to a great blog..i like also the idea of making juice for the week...zo
Its pineapple in 100% pineapple juice. No high fructose CS! (This stuff is in ... everything). So no additives. A bit more spendy.
No added sugar in any of it. Although the concentrate just says concentrate...(that's just the water drained from it I think!) so that has citric acid, absorbic acid....
I basically add the components up (pineapple juice and all, apple juice concentrate, pears, peaches) in calories and then divide by total cups are in there (plus the water addition), save it as fav. Or you can estimate- once I had basically 1/4 C carrot, 1/4 C pear, 1/4 C apple, 1/4 C apricot. Knudsen Juices are very close so you can approximate using their nutrition as they are organic/unpasteurized.
You have to be careful as the carbs that you normally would have in the fibrous material gets chucked out. So it's good to compare juices with your estimates. I label mine as raw juice.
Now I have a challenge for you!! I want you to make some juice in the next week and post about it! (Blog or vlog!!) What did you use, what did you have troubles with, how'd it taste?
You are so freaking cute, man! LOVE YOU SO MUCH! You did a GREAT job editing, glad you were able to figure it out. :D That juice thing looks pretty cool...is it sweet? It should be right? Hmmm....LOVING IT! You are great with the info too. Keep rocking it sweetie! You are doing amazing! *Love that color on ya!* Toodles for now!
