Me goofing off while making juice. The tricks and secrets of lots of fresh juice!

Attempt #3 to load onto spark... anyone else keep having issues loading vlogs or pics?

    way to go..that was so awesome... i want a juicer... you are right about the additives and that is great for your gardens...i would actually bury it next to your veggies for the summer but that is old is amazing how fast the worms and dirt will suck it an experiment if you want...cheers to a great blog..i like also the idea of making juice for the week...zo

    Great job! I love the pineapple juice in a can idea! You are right it is cheaper. My favorite Juice blend is Apple,Mango,carrot and Ginger. emoticon

    Its pineapple in 100% pineapple juice. No high fructose CS! (This stuff is in ... everything). So no additives. A bit more spendy.

No added sugar in any of it. Although the concentrate just says concentrate...(that's just the water drained from it I think!) so that has citric acid, absorbic acid....

    Awesome!!! Is any of the Canned Pineapple juice have syrup in it? Like is there any HFCS?

    I basically add the components up (pineapple juice and all, apple juice concentrate, pears, peaches) in calories and then divide by total cups are in there (plus the water addition), save it as fav. Or you can estimate- once I had basically 1/4 C carrot, 1/4 C pear, 1/4 C apple, 1/4 C apricot. Knudsen Juices are very close so you can approximate using their nutrition as they are organic/unpasteurized.

You have to be careful as the carbs that you normally would have in the fibrous material gets chucked out. So it's good to compare juices with your estimates.
I label mine as raw juice.

    Loved it!! I got a Jack La Lanne juicer a year ago and it hasn't gotten out of the box yet! Now I can see that i can do it! Thanks for sharing!
