I'm going to keep this short today. Fulfilled all goals today =]. Reason to lose weight of the day - "So I know i'm not getting Type II diabetes or Atherosclerosis". I played my eye toy for my daily exercise and it was intense. My fruits of the day were - banana and strawberries. I had very many veggies because I had subway, but I also had some spinach! I was surprised today though because my daily nutrition report said I was low on fiber even though I had so many fruits and veggies... and I wasn't low by a little but by a lot so I wonder why that happened.
Anyways, today my best friend invited me to play disc golf with her. It's at the park close to home. It was so much fun! It's like a mixture of frisbee and golf. You throw the frisbee into the cage and you have to do it in as little (par) as possible. We weren't even close to the par for most of the course, but we had a lot of fun with it and I stayed active throughout the day. :)
