Well, I have been using Sparkpeople.com since February. Not very consistently I might add. The more I use it though the brighter the light bulb is. I am finally starting to get the hang of tracking what I eat and more importantly realizing that a little physical activity is better than nothing and it is starting to make a difference.
I am trying to not do too much too fast. Right now my goal is to create a "streak" of water drinking. I am on day two.
My other goal is to do at least ten minutes of physical activity every day and start a "streak". I am on day two of that as well.
I feel pretty good about how things are going so far.
