See the doctor.

Thursday, June 10, 2010

It was a beautiful morning - I walked 3 miles form 6:09 to 7:14 today, which doesn't quite qualify as 3 miles per hour, and it was 72 degrees on my front porch when I finished. The sun was up, but not too far. I set of a few motion detector lights in the beginning, even though it was light enough to see.

This afternoon I found out that the ulcers aren't that serious - I had some in 2006 but not in 2008 or in 2004. I did have to go for a couple of blood tests, partly to see if I'm anemic again.

I need to be at TOPS in an hour to set up the scale and weight people, and then later we will go to the super Walmart in Oldsmar for Pupcorns. The dogs need their treats and we're about out.

I'm at 670 calories for today so far, and I'll wait for supper until after the meeting. There's no problem with my weight, but it's too early to have eat now. Tomorrow is free, and Saturday I'm OK until the 4:00 meeting at Wall Springs. I'll have to get ready.

Glad to hear the ulcers are not bad.
I love the Walmart in Oldsmar. I get in trouble when I go there. I always find other stuff to buy in addition to what I go for. And their scooters have plenty of zip. People see me and they run.
My calories are great for now. It's always after supper that I get into trouble. You are so discipline. I keep working at it.
Glad to hear tomorrow is free. You can take more time to relax and read a book or something other than working in yard.
