Looks like you're on the right track with looking at what you do eat! Portion wise and what you are eating! Great!

If you're walking to your daughter's school, walk faster!! Get more of a work out! Live and learn with the shoes! ;)

I juice. If you want more info let me know. I don't like a lot of premade juices.... they're not usually juices. And I don't like the fusions. Look at the sugar content and the juice %. Fruit- if you are a snacker, precut fruit in slices to snack on at work or throughout the day! Like slice apples with peanut butter or even cheese slices, or pear slices (also good with cottage cheese). Strawberries!! Or make breads with stuff in it. Bananas in cereal. Prep is key here to get those in.

Greek yogurt rocks!! Try Chobani! It has fruit and no fat! All natural too! No high fructose corn syrup! You can add your additional fruit with yogurt too!

    I like oiko's greek yogurt! And you're right, it is kind of expensive! It's a nice change from regular yogurt tho!!:)
