Random thoughts on my progress so far and my 1st video blog ever so I'm kinda nervous :)

    Great first vlog! Remember that everyday is a challenge..a challenge you decide the answer to. You are doing all the right things and good things are going to happen. Patients and the right positive attitude are great things to have along this journey and it seems like you have both!! I wish all the best for you! And awesome for you on getting a trainer! Its great to have that person right there with you pushing you along the way. Makes you want to give it all and push till the end!

A few years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and was told that it would be nearly impossible for me to conceive. I can't tell you what a heartbreak that was. I just wanted to cry and not stop. After reading and doing a bit of research I saw that women diagnosed with PCOS who lost a great amount of weight were able to conceive. I pray every night to be blessed with a lil one of my own. Remember all in due time. Trust and believe all great things will happen at the right time!!

Sometimes when I'm in a slump I have to switch up my workout routine. Rotate a few things around but still get a good body workout. Try not to think of it as 60 lbs. You got the right idea..small accomplishments mean a great deal on your weight loss journey. Memories will keep you pushing to your goal! Before you know it, healthier lifestyle choices will come second nature and you are going to love the results you see! I was so surprised when I started seeing my waist come in - seriously..me...I have a waist lol. I feel much better about my self and am loving who I am becoming!

    Thank you both sooooo much!! I will def try the spark videos. And it is a verrrrry good feeling stepping on the scale and seeing weight loss. You both just motivated me to get up and move when I am soooo tired. lol Thank you again! And next time I'll put my hair up so I don't play with it as much. haha ;)

    You can do it, hang in there! Try finding some new, healthy recipes to try or add a second mini workout into your day (like a 10 min. Spark video). When I get in this type of mood, I just need something new to focus on to regain my motivation. Focus on the little accomplishments, the positive changes you've already made and take it one step at a time. :-)
