Motivating

Well....I am not sure if anyone will ever read this, but I think it will be fun to blog about weight loss. For some reason I do so much better when I obsess about it..and I wonder if anyone else is like that. I have to go onto SP throughout the day for little motivating ideas, I have to write every calorie down and how much I lose while working out....
I figure if I immerse myself in this lifestyle-as annoying it may be for my husband to hear about it every 5 minutes-then it will come naturally.

I am on day 3 and doing really well so far. I have a deficit of just under 3500 calories, so if I can keep this up it would be approx 2 lbs a week! Thats better than I thought...I just have to get over the soreness first.

Good luck to anyone out there that comes across this. We can do this and I would love anyone to join up as a friend or buddy to keep each other on track!
