Keeping under 1800 is hard.

Especially when I'm busy. I keep wondering what are things I can eat that make me feel fuller longer and what are low density foods. I should probably read some articles on this and encourage my mother to buy more of those foods. I guess it is also a problem that I'm cooking for a picky eater and my dad.

    Fiber bars are good for filling you up, and seriously, they are tasty! I buy the Kelloggs brand, choc chip, and they are mmmm....good. So it's a chocolate fix as well as filling fiber! And yes, fruits & veggies, whatever you can get your hands on! Good luck!

    Make sure to drink water, especially with or before your meal, it will help fill you up and be sure to eat 5 servings of fruits/vetables, if you want seconds, eat more veggies.
