If I post which day on the title will it become boring? Day3

Wednesday, June 09, 2010

So far it has been very interesting...
Day 3 and though I am stressed and anxious, the depression has lifted a bit! The responses and the encouragement I recieved from yesterday (day 2), really helped my attitude!

Posting, blogging and reading others posts and blog are deffinately going to be a good tool for me! I am already finding that the nutrition tracker is also going to be very helpful (especially since I have made it public intentionally). My food choices were not great by any means today, but looking at the numbers and realizing what I am seeing helped me to stop the eating yesterday and has so far, stopped the eating today. And the water? I forgot how much drinking water does help a body! It has seemed to help with my munching/craving! Im sure its not my imagination!

As one fellow Spark Member said; "Make changes, one at a time and take a deep breath", because Rome wasn't built in a day! I will continue with my water, keep posting and blogging as well as journaling. I need to make it fun and not a chore! Even thoough I will be working on and exploring all the rest of the picture, this may be the main goals for THE MOMENT!

I LOVE the nutrition tracker. It is such an eye opener. Today, I actually went under on everything except the proteins and carbohydrates. And that is probably as wrong as going over. It also provides for self honesty and self awareness. If I ate it, I have to record it, and at the end of the day, I have to acknowledge where I went wrong. But it is a learning and re-training process. Good luck!
