So far it has been very interesting...
Day 3 and though I am stressed and anxious, the depression has lifted a bit! The responses and the encouragement I recieved from yesterday (day 2), really helped my attitude!
Posting, blogging and reading others posts and blog are deffinately going to be a good tool for me! I am already finding that the nutrition tracker is also going to be very helpful (especially since I have made it public intentionally). My food choices were not great by any means today, but looking at the numbers and realizing what I am seeing helped me to stop the eating yesterday and has so far, stopped the eating today. And the water? I forgot how much drinking water does help a body! It has seemed to help with my munching/craving! Im sure its not my imagination!
As one fellow Spark Member said; "Make changes, one at a time and take a deep breath", because Rome wasn't built in a day! I will continue with my water, keep posting and blogging as well as journaling. I need to make it fun and not a chore! Even thoough I will be working on and exploring all the rest of the picture, this may be the main goals for THE MOMENT!
